Josslin Insurance Launches New BMS-Integrated App to Clients

New Hamburg, ON  July 18, 2017 – Josslin Insurance recently announced the launch of their new Real Insurance app, a free, interactive tool that gives their clients Smartphone access to their insurance information such as coverage details and proof of insurance (pink slips), as well as the ability to chat with their broker, request changes to their policy and report claims in real-time.

The Real Insurance app is powered by ClientDesk and integrates with Power Broker, Josslin’s Broker Management Software, to streamline claims and provide clients with current information to common questions in a standardized, easy-to-use format, regardless of insurance company. Brokers are able to manage and upload files through an administrative portal, even providing assistance to clients through a chat function.  The portal also allows for digital marketing to all of Josslin’s clients either on a one off, or scheduled basis.

After rigorous pilot testing by Josslin clients and employees, the Real Insurance app  was debuted at an interactive webinar where it was explored by 30 brokerage owners with Power Broker BMS  and company decision makers from across Canada, to very positive feedback.
