Toronto, ON – July 5th, 2017 – ClientDesk announced that it has appointed John Staines as their Chief Sales Officer. With a surge in growth and an ever increasing roster of leading insurance brokers using the ClientDesk platform there was a clear need to fortify the efforts put forth by the founding team of Newton Asare and Rajeev Kugan. With the latest Ontario legislation mandating digital delivery of insurance documentation anticipated this fall, the company will be building a national team of sales executives to support both clients and their platform by investing time and resources in existing relationships, developing new partnerships and market engagement.
ClientDesk was seeking a unique candidate to lead sales growth and actively pursued someone with both experience in the insurance industry as well as familiarity with an early stage technology company and its unique needs. John is a highly recommended, entrepreneurial minded, technology leader with a track record of building world-class sales teams and enduring client relationships. Most recently, as a founding partner at Yroo, an e-commerce, search and comparison tool, he led efforts to successfully onboard thousands of the world’s leading retailers from Walmart and Amazon to Nordstrom and Macy’s.
